*If merchant plans on using the terminal as "Customer
Activated", they don't have to get the external PIN Pad

*Merchant may lower convenience fee for the best
possible public perception (to help increase customer
usage), to any amount above merchant cost of 50
cents. The maximum surcharge amount allowed
is 99 cents.
Merchants wanting to make more than 49 cents per
transaction are recommended to consider our ATM Scrip program where the merchant sets the convenience fee at whatever amount they want, just like they would on a regular ATM.
